PRODUCT MANAGEMENT STUDIO · AI-FIRST

AI reduces the cost of building and speeds up delivery. Deciding what to build and how to lead it is still yours.

That's where I come in: I help you decide what to build, and lead your team (people and agents) with the method and tools to maximize impact.

01Three ways to work

Building product means driving impact.

Pick the one that fits where you are. The same method runs through all three.

FOR YOUR COMPANY

Fractional CPO

We build from the inside, from strategy to execution. We get your product, UX and engineering teams working with agents. The goal is outcomes.

02The studio

We're a product studio, not a consultancy. We build from the inside and get your product, UX and engineering teams working with agents. The goal is outcomes.

We practice what we install. Eywa already runs as a hybrid studio (humans + agents): workflows, agents and a stack of our own that we use every day. We don't advise it from the outside. We build it.

① WHAT TO BUILD

AI as a capability of your product. What to build with agents, whether the business can sustain it (unit economics before scaling), and how value shifts. The bar moves from trying things to proving returns.

② HOW TO LEAD IT

The PM becomes an orchestrator of agents: workflows, permissions, failure modes. It's not feature management anymore, it's designing autonomous systems with oversight, with a hybrid, cross-functional team.

03The method

The four phases.

Understand where you are, set the direction, close the gaps, execute from the inside. One thread runs through everything.

01

Diagnosis

Understand where you really are. I map the gap between perception and reality: strategy, metrics, team, PMF.

02

North

Set the direction. Vision, strategy and the decisions that set the course.

03

Gaps

Build the bridge. What's missing between where you are and where you want to be.

04

Execution

Execute from the inside. With the team and the agents, until the system runs on its own and delivers the outcomes you're after.

04Who it's for

Where this works best.

It works best with leaders who know they need a system, even if they don't yet know which one.

C

CEO / Founder

Builds product but can't be the only owner of strategy anymore. Needs someone to take the role, not just hand over recommendations.

  • Startup of 10–100 people
  • Pre-Series A or Series A
  • Can't yet afford a full-time CPO
  • Needs decisions, not slides
H

Head of Product

Leads the team but needs a strategic peer, someone who's already been where they want to go.

  • The company's first product leader
  • No internal playbook for scaling
  • Needs structure and validation
  • Wants to grow as a leader
T

Tech Lead / CTO

Builds well, but strategy and roadmap are a blind spot. The bridge between product and business is missing.

  • Strong technical team without product thinking
  • Decisions by intuition, not data
  • No clear product metrics
  • Wants to stop building what no one asked for
05Cases

Where we've already driven impact.

20 years inside the products, not in theory. The places where we put judgment, AI and results to work: from e-commerce to fintech, identity, travel and agtech.

How AI-ready is your product system?

The first step is knowing where you stand. The rest takes good judgment and a conversation, no slides.
