About

The industry keeps changing. The challenge never does: connecting human needs with digital products that matter.

I'm Vero Vargas. I've spent 20+ years building product from the inside, at some of the companies that shaped LATAM's digital industry. Today, as a Fractional CPO, I help teams lead product with AI without losing their judgment.

How I can help

I lead teams and products, at any stage of maturity.

From idea to scale, in startups and enterprises. I come in, put the product system in order, and leave the team able to run it on their own.

Why is the studio called Eywa? ›

In Avatar, Eywa is the living network that connects every being on Pandora and keeps the balance. It's not just fiction: real forests are connected underground by fungal networks that share nutrients and signals. Nothing grows in isolation.

That's how I understand product: a system isn't a list of features, it's a network where each part depends on the others. That's why the studio is called Eywa, and why the brand is a flower, three forces that only make sense where they cross.

And if you want the long version, where I come from and how I got here, I tell it on LinkedIn →

How AI-ready is your product system?

The first step is knowing where you stand. The rest takes good judgment and a conversation, no slides.
